This privacy policy describes how Novaprism SAS, publisher of novaprismfr.com, collects and processes personal data of visitors and people who request information about the program.

We collect the data you send us through the information request form (last name, first name, email address) as well as the technical data needed for the proper functioning of the site (truncated IP address, browser type, pages viewed) when you consent.
Data is used to respond to your request for information about the program (legal basis: pre-contractual measures), to ensure the security of the site (legitimate interest) and, with your consent, to measure traffic and improve the site.
Prospect data is kept for three years from the last active contact. Audience-measurement cookies are kept for thirteen months at most, in line with CNIL recommendations.
Data is intended for the commercial and compliance teams of Novaprism SAS as well as technical sub-processors (hosting provider based in the European Union, email-sending tool). No data is transferred outside the European Union without appropriate safeguards.
